Devfactory managed to hire some pretty good engineers. They are good people trying to meet ends. Senior staffs like Technical Account managers, Technical Delivery managers and even their Technical Architects are grossly incompetent. They resemble much more like a robot who does simply a repetitive mechanical tasks.

No it is not fake. I have been working at Crossover for ~1.5 years as c++ software architect. There are pros and cons, but it is not fake. Crossover is kind of human resources company, they rent you to the other companies.

Thanks for the feedback. Crossover does require work from home. For many, this is a good thing and, for me, helped productivity. The salary is good, but depending upon your country’s tax situation it might not be as good as it seems on the surface.

Yes; if you accept a job from Crossover, you will be required to install a spyware program from Crossover that will monitor you by using your webcam to take a picture of you at random every 10 minutes on average. This is supposedly so they can confirm you are working the hours you’re supposed to be working.

Crossover portrays itself as a “global” talent provider. In reality, once you look at some of the reviews people have published on Quora about the company, it feels more like an outsourcing company that hires people from third world countries for jobs in the United States.
