While it is an entry level position, it gives reps the opportunity to gain a great deal of experience quickly.

While SDRs deal with people all day long, their value and performance is determined with cold hard numbers. If you’re going to ask for a promotion or new role, you better back it up with performance numbers that show you’ve earned it.
