What is an NCC camp explain briefly?

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a youth development movement. The NCC provides exposure to the cadets in a wide range of activities., with a distinct emphasis on Social Services, Discipline and Adventure Training. The NCC is open to all regular students of schools and colleges on a voluntary basis.

What happens at NCC camps?

NCC cadets are given the opportunity to participate in a host of adventure activities including Mountain Treks and Expeditions, Trekking, Parasailing, Sailing, Scuba Diving, Kayaking, Camel safari etc. Adventure based activities enable cadets to hone leadership skills and enhance their character qualities.

How does NCC help in character building?

Activities of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) do not only provide motivation for positive attitude but are also very important for character building and personality development as we cadets are regularly encouraged and motivated to participate in various public speaking activities & social compaigns and events.

NCC develops leader hiding inside you. There are so many memories.Let me begin point wise.1. NCC actually groomed into a discipline individual through various activities. 2. I learnt friendship. I remember when I was doing Annual Training Camp of B certificate, during the camp there were various sentry post and the cadet used to give guard duty.

My duty used to come in day time, and one of my friend used to get it night time.

What is your story of your unforgettable NCC life?

NCC was the turning point in my life. It changed me from a common person to a special person. It taught me leadership, time management, stress management, team work which myself unique. This is my story of my unforgettable NCC life. There we more than 50 participants in the selection round.
