Temuera Morrison, the actor of Jango Fett in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, is from New Zealand and that accent slipped into his character of Jango and likewise the clones. Dee Bradley Baker, voice actor for clones in TCW, of course had to emulate that. So hence why clones have a New Zealand accent.
