IDK why but TPM 2.0 isn’t the minimum. My Ryzen 1700 supports TPM 2.0, though it shows Processor isn’t supported. Thats Zen 1, and they have no reason to rule out 1st gen ryzen and not mention it in their compatibility list. MS have published a list of all the supported CPUs.
