Is it worth taking lower branch in IIT?

IIT’S are one of the reputed colleges in India. Lower branches does mean the lower cutoff marks. In general you must prefer the branch you are interested in as the placement depends upon your performance but as top IIT have good placement offers and many top companies recruit the students no matter of the branch.

Which is better NIT or Vit?

VIT, Vellore is considerably better than most NITs and comes close to competing with IIT(BHU), IIT Mandi and IIT Indore. NIT Trichy is the only non-IIT(top 11) college that you can possibly consider over VIT but that then again, there is a catch. Govt. Institutions are not well maintained and well funded.

Is NIT better than IIIT?

IIIT Delhi is also good but it’s fee is very high because it is private institute.. Also coding culture of IIITs are far better than many NITs If you are interested in CSE/IT then IIIT_H is the best option for you. IIIT hyderabad, IIIT allahabad , IIIT delhi are far better than NITs in terms of coding.
