The Unsullied didn’t sacrifice themselves, Grey Worm closed the bridge and they knew that they’re job was to defend the retreat sacrifice or not, they just kill and defend. It’s sacrifice on a conventional level, for them it might just be orders based on what they were taught since the beginning.
