Can you submit SAT scores through common app?

Applicants can send their test scores directly through our ACT and SAT school codes. Students submitting an ACT score can do so through our college code 7060. The college code for students submitting SAT scores is 7949.

What does the school report include common app?

The School Report accompanies your School Transcript (your grades for the past 3 years) and, hopefully, a School Profile (brief description of your school). Ideally, your Counselor will also write a separate, personal Counselor’s Recommendation, if s/he has time.

Does UT Austin require official SAT scores?

High school students who apply to The University of Texas at Austin for fall 2022 undergraduate admission will not be required to submit an ACT or SAT test score as part of their application.

How do you submit transcripts to common app?

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

Does Common App require AP scores?

Allow 2-3 weeks for receipt. Plan ahead! Report your AP exam scores and upcoming AP exams to be taken in senior spring in the testing section of your Common Application (or other applications). However, most colleges do not require an official AP score report until you enroll.

Does my counselor send my transcript?

Your high school guidance counselor will be responsible for sending your transcripts to colleges. If a college does accept unofficial transcripts, you can request one from your guidance counselor and send it yourself. However, most schools will specifically request an official copy of your transcript.

Does common app request transcripts?

All Common App colleges agree to accept online recommendations submitted via the Common App recommender system. Anything you upload, including transcripts, is considered official upon submission. Does UT Austin require letters of recommendation from counselor?

Letters of recommendation are optional and you will be considered for admission whether you submit letters of recommendation or not. You may submit up to two letters of recommendation with your admissions application. They should come from someone who knows you well but is not a family member or relative.

Does UT Austin Use common app?

To apply to UT Austin, students choose between applying through the ApplyTexas or Coalition for College portals as UT Austin doesn’t take the Common Application.

How do I know if my Common App has my transcript?

You can see programs’ transcript requirements in the Academic History section under Colleges Attended or College Coursework. If you’re applying to a program that requires official transcripts, you’ll need to download the Transcript Request Form. You can access this form in the Colleges Attended section.

Should I report AP scores on Common App?

“We recommend that you self-report all of your AP or IB scores on your application. “If you have Advanced Placement (AP) scores, we recommend that you self-report them in the space provided in the testing section of the Common Application, Coalition Application, or QuestBridge National College Match Application.”
