1. Collection of Land Revenue -The collection of land revenue is regulated by the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887, and the rules issued under it. The procedure to be followed when the defaulter lives in a district other than that in which the arrears have accrued, is laid down in the Revenue Recovery Act I of 1890.
