In Dragon Age: Inquisition, the war table is used to send advisors and their forces to complete various operations around Thedas in order to unlock locations, receive rewards, gain influence and/or progress the story. Mission operations take time to complete and generally gain the Inquisition rewards and/or influence.

Where can I find a war table in Dragon Age: Inquisition?

Your War Table is located in the Skyhold where your War Council gathers round a large table displaying the whole map of Southern Thedas. You can task your three Advisors to conduct operations in Orlais and Ferelden to grow the Inquisition, gain rewards, and unlock more operations.

How do you unlock the Western Approach?

The way to unlock this location: On the war map, select “Investigate The Western Approach” operation and complete it. It is possible only if you have, at least, 8 Power points. Recommended experience: The majority of regions in the Western Approach can be secured by a party around level 12.

The Gamoran Stormrider is found in the Exalted Plains area in Eastern Orlais. As its name might suggest this dragon is a level 15 lightning dragon. She is located in the Crows Fen area. You must complete the War Table operation Clear The Rubble in order to access the area.

HELM social space
