We don’t record the content of the calls you make, or the content of your messages. We can’t provide details of incoming calls or messages older than 12 months. We won’t provide details of incoming calls unless we have a court order. This is to protect the privacy of the individual who made the call.

No. If you live in a one party consent state and you are party to the recorded conversation, you do not have to delete the recording because someone else asked you to. You really don’t have to delete the recording if you are in a two party consent state either.

Is it possible to get call recordings?

Therefore, it may not be possible to obtain actual call recordings from the telecom operators. However, the telecom operators maintain call record details, i.e., merely the details of the incoming and outgoing phone numbers, date/time/duration of the call, etc. (but not the actual phone conversations).
