What is your review of the Rajdoot 175?
Rajdoot 175 was the first proper bike that my father bought in early 80’s and used it till his retirement in 1999. I did many trips on it and with friends riding newer Yamaha’s / Hero Honda’s / Ind-Suzuki’s, it was always Rajdoot to lead the pack once we encountered broken or no roads because of it’s solid build.
What parts have you purchased to help restore your bike?
I purchased tail lamp lens, gears,shafts,crank repair kit,piston pin, connect ing rod etc of before 80s. Initially I didn’t had intention share all these on internet but the toil I had to make for getting parts, part name and number etc pushed me to help those who are struggling to restore there bike.
Do You Remember the sound of the old Rajdoot?
Absolutely, the USP of old model Rajdoot was its sound & heavy built. It took me around an year to find such silencer (UNUSED OE old stock). Really what one remembers is the boom boom boom sound.
