How old is Geralt?
Geralt is around 90 – 100 years old. Yennefer is around 110, while Triss is way younger (around 50). Ciri is around 25 in most of the TW3 (except the beginning of course where she should be around 12). Vesemir is around 200.

Monster contracts and treasure hunts don’t expire.
Should I do every quest in Witcher 3?
Yes, do all the secondary quests and Witcher contracts! You will end up a little overleveled for the main story missions, but the game shines for its writing, not its combat. Completing the secondary quests allows you to experience more of what makes this game so great.
