What is Google Reserve?

Reserve by Google lets your diners make reservations directly from a Google search result. You may have noticed that when you search for a restaurant on Google, a ‘Reserve a Table’ button appears in the Google My Business listings.

How much does reserve with Google cost?

There are no additional costs to you for the feature itself. In regards to commissions, we no longer charge commission for Reserve with Google bookings, meaning ALL RwG bookings will be completely free.

How do I cancel a Google booking?

Cancel your booking

1. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
2. Go to Reserve with Google. Next to the booking, click Cancel. You may have to pay a fee to cancel some bookings. These policies are in the booking details at checkout and in your confirmation email. Google is not in charge of these policies.

Can Google make reservations?

You can have the Google Assistant make restaurant reservations for you. If an online booking service isn’t available, the Google Assistant will call the restaurant for you and request a reservation. Important: Remember to cancel the reservation if you don’t want the table anymore.

4. On the waitlist entry you want to delete, click More .
