How do I return a package to RockAuto?

Start the return process by logging into the RockAuto website by using the email, phone number, or order number that you purchased your part with. Navigate to the order status and returns page. Select request a change. You can then report the problem with the part and get the return instructions and shipping label.

Does RockAuto pay for return shipping?

To receive a refund, cores must be returned within six months of the purchase date. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless our catalog or return instructions state otherwise.
