Is there anything impossible with God?
Is there anything impossible with God?
Mark 10:27 “And JESUS looking upon them saith, WITH MEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, but not with God: FOR WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE”. Matthew 19:26 “But JESUS beheld them, and said unto them, WITH MEN THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE; BUT WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE”. And your faith in God, will be rewarded.
Does God have a specific plan for our lives?
“God has a plan for your life” is well in meaning, but often falls a bit flat when I’m faced with reality. It doesn’t change what I am still in the middle of and, to be honest, we know God has plans. He created the universe, certainly He is mindful of our lives.
Is possible with God?
We read in Luke 18:27 that Jesus, referring to salvation, told those who questioned him that what is impossible for man is possible with God. What is impossible for man is made possible with God. It is He who touched all our hearts to reach out together.
What is God’s good purpose for us?
The Bible tells us that “in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28). God’s good purpose for all Christians is that we be “conformed to the likeness of his Son” (Romans 8:29).
Does God do his best work in impossible situations?
God does His best work in impossible situations. Luke 1:5-25 God is full of surprises. In fact, God seems to specialize in surprises, but especially the impossible. Many times we expect Him to do one thing, and He does another. We anticipate His movement in one direction, but often it is in another.
Are all things possible with God?
For example, many quote “With God all things are possible” ( Matthew19:26) while ignoring the many important things God cannot do. Theoretically speaking, God, for example, cannot play checkers on the red squares and still abide by the present rules of checkers.
Can We have faith if we don’t know what God will do?
Faith and the things of faith have more to do with knowing what God wills to do rather than knowing what God can do. Can we have faith if we do not know if He will do it? I think not. There would be no basis for faith. To believe that whatever comes along is God’s will is nonsense. It is like having no goals.
What does the Bible say about impossible things?
What we call impossible, God sees as no problem at all, MAT 19:26, “With men this [insert your worst problem here] is impossible, but with God all things are possible”; LUK 1:37, “For nothing will be impossible with God.” “Nothing,” not even the most overwhelming obstacle, will be impossible to overcome with God.
