What happens if you fail the Navy SEALs training?

Typically if a SEAL cantidate fails out of training for an injury, they’re rolled back into the class behind them. Candidates are allowed a certain number of these rollbacks, and are dealt with in a case to case basis.

Can you go to buds after OCS?
Applying to Officer Candidate School and wanting to become a Navy SEAL means you will be selected to go to BUD/S immediately after you complete OCS. You will be accepted to attend SEAL Officer Assessment and Selection training by a board of SEAL officers — then to OCS if they want you to attend BUDS in the future.
What happens after you graduate buds?
SEAL Qualification Training — After BUD/S graduation, you go to SQT — an advanced training program that takes the individual who graduated BUD/S and forms a team that is capable of operating in the water, underwater, from planes and helicopters, ropes and parachutes, boats, and on foot.

Upon completion of Navy OCS, graduates are commissioned at pay grade O-1 (Ensign) unless prior enlisted already holding a higher pay grade. The Navy graduates and commissions approximately 1,200 Ensigns annually through OCS.
Each year, Naval Special Warfare Command selects between 70 to 90 men to attend SEAL training as officers. Because there are so few available officer slots, competition is extremely intense.
