What is a CSCS card and how do I get one?
Workers are able to apply for a CSCS card once they have shown that they hold a level of skill and competence on matters such as manual handling and hazardous substances, as well as health and safety awareness. The scheme is widely used on the majority of construction sites.

When your application has been approved, your CSCS card will be posted out to you the next working day. Most cards arrive at their requested destination within 3-5 days of application approval. If your card does not arrive within 10 days then please contact CSCS.
How long does a Labourer CSCS card last?

CSCS does not offer any courses or qualifications. This card is valid for five years. It is currently not possible to renew a Labourer card. However, you can apply for a new Labourer card when your existing card expires.
