When you harbor resentment, offense, bitterness, or anger toward another person it blocks your prayers. This isn’t my opinion. Jesus says in Mark 11:25, “And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”

As a church we brainstormed some of the challenges we face when trying to pray. Things we came up with included distractions, fears, guilt, and time management. These are real obstacles.

The Holy Ghost Keeps Us From Praying Amiss Only the power of the Spirit can give us the sure direction we need in our prayers. Only seeking that guiding, directing, comforting, constant influence can keep us from praying amiss.

Prayer is the staff to walk with God. Prayers are very important part of our daily lives, prayers help us to be courageous, brave to bear the hardships with patience and be grateful for the blessings; prayers keep us near to Allah Almighty and keep us going.
Why is prayer necessary?
Prayer is necessary so that through us the will of God will be done on earth as it is in heaven. When we pray, we proclaim and assert the will of God on earth. Prayer is necessary because through it we press into the will of God for our lives. We access these blessings through prayer.
