How can I update my ad on OLX?

Right now, there is no facility to refresh your ad on OLX. If you wish to push your ad back to the top of the page, you need to re-post it. You can Re-post your ad by deactivating it and activating it again. However, it will only be bumped up to the top of the page if you do that after 15 days of posting it.

What is featured ad?

Featured Ad is eye-catching and distinguishable from the normal Ads: Featured Ads appear on the top of the search results on top of the normal listings, alternately with other featured ads, over service validity. Featured Ads also appear with a highlighted background within the normal listings.

How many free ads does Olx allow?

OLX India allows you only a fixed number of ads per category. And to be honest, those numbers aren’t enough. For example, you can post only one mobile phone ad per month. If you have furniture to sell, you will have 2 free ads ( 60 days renewal).

How do I republish expired ad on OLX?

If you want to republish your ad:

1. Go to the OLX homepage.
2. Click on “Login” and enter your email and password.
3. Click on “My ads”. You can find this option at the upper right section of the website.
4. Click on the Republish button, located at the right of your removed ads.
5. Done! Your ad will automatically republish.

Why is my ad not on OLX?

Your Ad could be rejected if the title, description or image of your Ad matches with another Ad posted in the same city. Note: If you post a similar Ad that you have posted within the previous 30 days, the Ad would still get rejected. Make sure that the images are real, clear and of good resolution.
